I have purchased a product from your website ( Hisense AC ). Unfortunately, after calling 100 times calling CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE my product was delivered after 24 hours of delay.
Now again I am following up on the AC installation for the last 72 hours and till now no one contacted me for the installation, I have explained multiple times that my father suffered a 1st-degree burn so I need the installation to be done on a priority basis but unfortunately your service is pathetic and got delayed again.
I am crystal clear that your company doesn't care about customers and I will avoid using your service and will not recommend anyone to use your service.
You don't have proper management and you are running the name of THE MR. MUKESH AMBANI.
I have uploaded this issue on social MEDIA, I know it doesn't matter to you but people should know how you are scamming and playing around with your customers.
