Customer service is zilch. People don't pick up your phones. Customer services disconnect your calls mid problem and their installation engineers are no less than the Duke of Edinburgh. Waiting for the last 5 days to get an AC installed.

Product cost is higher , if you compare to Croma and their finance process is not very smooth... I never come here again to buy any product. Better to go croma. It's all about airia
Mall , badshahpur outlet. Not sure about any other outlet. Worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and pathetic management ? ? ? they focus only on sales. My AC delivered 4 days after purchase and still installation is pending.
Once they sold something to you afterwards you have to follow-up day and night for installation of that particular item.
Mall Manager Mr. Dheeraj don't pick customer phones and always give excuses that I am driving....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ended up buying from Croma instead. The service and people here was what put me off. They will try and sell you the most expensive things but the minuite you give them a budget, they loose interest in making a sale. The sales person did not know what was in stock and not.
