★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance digital is well equipped but not up to date to cater the various tastes of people that may vary. Apart from that the staff is really ambient and they try to help you to your convenience for the maximum time. We were confused about the laptop to buy but finally with the help of the staff here.
We finally chose a good laptop under our budget and we got many goodies including a jbl Bluetooth speaker worth 2.5k and also earphones worth 1k. This place is good but if it was more updated then it would've been perfect 5 star showroom for gadgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Hindware Air-cooler last year ,had some issues with the product and applied for a warranty claim (we purchased resq plan at the time of purchase( but with out performing the service they sent message that your product has repaired . This same thing happened 2 times , The manager is irresponsible in receiving the customers and the service is horrible, they tell some unacceptable reasons that your product manufacturer is unable to repair your product,the service center for your manufacturer is not available in your location .
This is not acceptable from such a reputable company ,the way of treating their customers has to change.The service has to be completed with in a short span of time (in my case my product has not repaired even after 16 days of giving complaint)

Day before yesterday I purchased LG 2 ton AC . At the time of purchase billing person informed us about the installation and told we should buy the stand (1500 as they said but charged 1800 but fine they just told an estimate) separately from the technician and no need to pay anything excess. I was like okay and then the technician told to make the hole extra 700 will be charged we will no drill the hole. I immediately contacted this person called gangadhar (from 4th floor as he claimed) from reliance digital lakshmipuram, and the answer he told is that the hole has to be drilled by the customer upfront for their technicians to install the AC and that’s how it is. Seriously this is the most irresponsible answer I ever heard. AC installation includes drilling the hole. How would we know where the hole is to be drilled. How else did you think AC will be installed. Such is the knowledge of this person about installation.
ALL SUCH HIDDEN COSTS ARE INVOLVED WITH EVERYTHING HERE.
Reliance means trust and we cannot trust this branch especially.
