★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour is not up to the mark as we expect from a reliance shop and the technical knowlege is also poor. You will not get any solution for most of the time reguarding your jio sim. They are only busy to sell their mobile phones to you which are old model phones. Most of the time Staff are not in the shop and you have to wait for them.

Not expected. It's similar like mobile shop where they just randomly talking and selling items .
Not organized, not well talked .
They are taking each other's like shouting.
Owner changing dress in for the customer.
Overall they are fully trained unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop I've ever visited. They took Rs. 175/- for only SIM replacement, no recharge value was added. When immediately 2nd time I visited and asked about the price they gave me a mobile stand (intention was to keep with them) and told from March'20 they are charging for SIM. When I asked for bill they told it will be sent by msg. After that I called to the other JIO shop of Birati and they informed that I've to pay Rs. 25/- for the SIM replacement. How are they cheating with the customer.
PLS BE CAREFUL WHILE REPLACING THE SIM.
TRY TO AVOID THIS SHOP.
JIO care centre should take-up this matter seriously to maintain their face value...a rate chart should be there.
Very very very bad experience I've ever faced in my life.
Pls pls don't visit this shop...
Basically they are big cheater...
