★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced the worst service here, kept me waiting with apparently no proper explanation when I visited to get a sim connection. The staff is highly uncooperative and this is one of the worst among all Jio outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone number given in this place wasted more than one hour of mine, for not receiving the call. After one hour, when I threatened him of complaining his number to Consumer Forum for violating consumer rights, then he replied via sms that he is not retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is located in New Alipore besides Bata store. It is easily visible from the main road and there is no parking space available near the shop. We enquired about the WiFi and router charges and the salesman was very helpful and polite. He answered our queries. The shop was well maintained and was clean. The AC was quite welcoming because of the hot weather. The sold new phones, washing machines and other household items and discounts were available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staffs at jio new alipore (beside Apollo pharmacy)is very bad and unprofessional. I wanted to buy another connection but because of their behaviour I didn't.
First of all one of their staffs was smoking infront of the door in uniform, on entering, all of the staffs were chatting together without masks, and not bothered to talk to the customers, I waited for them to finish their very important discussion on their personal matters, and on asking repeatedly whom can I talk to, with arrogance they spoke and I felt I made a mistake buying the jio connection. I guess this is what happens when a company gets too many customers, I don't know if it's the same in other stores but please refrain from going to this store as the staffs are least bothered about solving your issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid Rules: 2 persons at a time inside, proper decorum is maintained.
Very small shop with very less staff so just 3 people, waiting time is more.
Shop generally is empty so if you are lucky then it will be quick
Staff is helpful but a little bit ignorant and hesitant to help, other wise very good service and they rectify their mistake if done
TIP: if you are paying for a bill double check the amount you ar paying specially card payments.
Parking is available just outside their shop but not on busy days.
Shop is open on all 7 days, timings from 10am till 7pm.
