★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Poor customer care and skills to talk customer. As advised by Jio app visited to collect Jim Sim card. Reached at 1 PM and store was almost empty. They asked to wait outside and sim will be available at 2 PM. At 2 PM they told we can not give sim as we don't get any benefit with and asked to wait for 1 hour. Left that place and wondering why Reliance app listed that store on app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unruly staff. No one there is willing to help customer. I went there to port my Vodafone sim to Jio and no one was there to help me. They kept me moving from one store to another. Is this how you treat your customers. Would never visit them again.

They used to sell the returned ph without invoice and when there is security concern, they are unable to answer and unable to provide any justification. Jio should investigate what is going on in this store. Please cross check invoice before leaving the store.
