Subject - Misbehaving and abusing with customers by your store Manager
Dear Sir
My name is Sandeep. I went to buy stuff in your store reliance fresh nit 3 on 15-06-2021. Took me a while to go shopping. Then your manager called me and started asking badly what are you doing.Your manager said how much time will it take you. I said it'll just take a little longer. Then your manager started saying that your shopping is not over since morning. I said that I have come now, it has been only 20-25 minutes. Then your store manager started saying that how long have I been seeing you. Then I also said you just check in the camera, it has been only 20-25 minutes since I came. Then your manager started "misbehaving" with me. Your manager started "abusing" then I also got a little angry because no one likes abuse. Then I said do you treat the customer like this, then your store manager started saying yes, who are you asking what is your position? Then your store manager "pushed" me and started abusing me too. Your store manager started saying what is your status, what can you do against me .Your store manager raised his "hand to kill me". Do you have such managers here? I have gone before and till date have not seen such behavior of any manager. I want a reply or else I will go to the press. Take strict action against such manager at the earliest otherwise I will have to go to the press for "justice".

No social distancing proticols, always jam packed.
No proper parking place, car are parked in a way that blocks the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully loaded with crowd, but a good experience. Things are being sanitized properly and social distancing too is maintained. They are taking good measures to stay away from Corona but the temperature inside is very hot. It's humid too. A good experience over-all.
