★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like post covid they are only selling local brands.. everytime i look for aashirvad aata its missing from the section and also the pricing in the app and outlet are different.. and also the checking for temperature and sanitizing has also been stopped in an a/c covered room.. the place is congested after renovation and parking isnt available from the outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance Fresh,!!! Looks FRESH shall be dropped as most of the vegetables and fruits are OLD. Replacement of old items not done everyday. DISPLAY/ show casing another short coming. I FELT THE FRANCHISEE planning to close soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are so arrogant..even after calling soo many times for billing they just didn't care n make us wait.. I am gonna raise a complaint but I am sure the workers are so arrogant over there and don't care for anything.. the security was asking them to do the billing they didn't even listen to him and made me wait for more than 10 min.. I just came back as nobody even bothered to come and do the billing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to staff are just doing a job and not bothered about customer service. When returning from morning walk I go there to buy milk, vegetables & provisions. The supply van arrives around 7.30 am & the checking, unloading & stacking takes an enormous amount of time. Only some staff are involved while the others just wait for the material to be brought in for stacking. Often, I get frustrated & proceed without buying anything & buy from neighborhood vendors and carts.
