★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today i visited reliance fresh at 8.40 am ..very pathetic condition of customer service...no staff to help all are busy on their themself..u have to asked for help...more ever i m only the second customer only...when i reached for billling the billling girl busy in counting her coins..i requested her madam please do fast ..i have urgent work bit she can not responded and busy in counting after 7 to 8 minutes..she replied card hai ya cash...abhi toe wait karna parega..lastly i have to leave the goodsand walked out of store...management please note...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name of the store has been changed to Reliance Smart point. It's located on main najafgarh road. Exact location is Bali Nagar. Very close to Ramesh Nagar Metro station in blue line stretch of DMRC. It is a small store but centrally located on the main road. Visibility is absolutely perfect. All type of grocery items, fruits and vegetables, soft drinks, household essentials , dairy based products are easily available here. Store assistants are OK. It's recommended for daily needs shopping.
