★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is ok.. But Cash Counter Staff is very worst. His name is Mr. Umesh.
I bought all of the items and waited at the cash counter. But he was putting the bill for the 3 people who came back without putting the bill for me. Why put the bill to the one who came back after saying that I will put it now for asking why? The person at the cash counter was named Umesh. Please choose people with this in mind when hiring people like this. I need to know the answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance fresh is an average grocery & mix general merchandise store which has more or less, most of the day to day used items. You may get a good BOGO offers on certain items like Olive oils packs if you're lucky to jump in at the pre clearance sale time. It's pretty crowded during evenings & weekends so you might wanna avoid going in during busy hours.
As far as customer service is concerned it's simply average so do not expect amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly n courteous staff..... Good range of products.. The only I issue encounter couples of times was sometimes they don't remove expired items from the shelf..... This is the area they need to improve..... Also, they probably need a bigger space as the current one is too crowded...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will get most of the groceries. It's very compact store with three Billing counters only. You will find very less space to walk. But yes, it suffice the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff is helpful and you'd get all your necessary items for grocery shopping! A little drawback is that you can't park your car here as this place is too crowded!
If you have a bike then you can easily park here. Also, no worries about carrying extra loads, you will get rikshaw facilities in front of the gate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staffs are grateful and humble. Discounts are given on selected commodities. Location was also very good. But interior space is very less. I think it can accomodate only 5-6 customers. One request to the owner kindly increase the space .there is no proper parking space. Kindly provide these facilities otherwise shift into a new location. Hence three star will be okay.
