★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: you will get good range of products both dry and chilled products. Neat store stocks well arranged.
Cons:Very casual and irresponsible staffs. They simply don't have any concern for customers. Offers ad rates are not placed in planograms. When you enquire they will suggest you to check at billing desk.
No lift for upper floor. You can't tell your trolley to upper floor and there is no one to assist too. Insufficient parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous employees & helpful in nature. It's located just near to main road, so easily accessible. Store span across 2 floors and so moderately crowded. Almost everything I went for, I found here. Expect some verities of soaps.
All in all, a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs need to be more skilled, responsive and courteous. Customer approach should be bettered by proper training before placement of staffs in stores. Store is 2 storied, average size and average variety of material mostly needed by customer. Reliance must understand that Customer is the King, not Reliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As comparison to local Kirana shop it's better but the kind service we expect from organised retail shop this is not there. Many times staffs are not helping to make your product ready and you just raim here and there to pack your product in time. Need improvement.
