Always only one billing counter is open for billing even if there is a long queue.
Store manager should look at this seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to buy your grocery. Last some years they are providing online home delivery service in puri. Both store online and offline price is same. You need to wait much time for home delivery service. One thing I like about this store that they employed physical handicapped people to support their livelihood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Third grade Reliance Fresh store I have ever seen. Not much stock is available. Most of the racks are empty. Not much neatness and hygiene. Funny thing is there are very few baskets/trolleys available so most of the time we have carry the things with our hands. And most importantly the staff are just pathetic. I have never seen such unprofessional staff anywhere. If you ask for any item, they just point their hand towards wherever they like and tell us to look for that. Not at all supportive and friendly. And you have to wait at least half an hour at the billing counter as there is only one. So, try to avoid this store as much as possible.
