★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not very good experience with Reliance jewels. I had a good experience before with other outlet but not now. They make the weigh reduce if you give the gold and buy other jewellery. Also they melt and hammer in bad manner which deviates the milligram of gold. Also the choice is less. Earlier i was using golden steps plan but now stopped it as its not worthy anymore. The gold coin you give of 999 purity they will calculate at 995 even though the gold coin is of BRPL which is one among the purest melter.
Also the product may break in regular usage which is not expected using 22kt jewellery with normal usage.
In future will try other brands to check their service and cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience with reliance jewel Akurdi, pune. I am a reliance customer since 2014. In March 2021, I purchase a bangle around 19 g. Staff there convinced me it is for daily use. After a month of use it broke from one end and ultimately whole bangle opened. It was so badly designed that from March to Nov 2021 I got it repaired 4 times. It was a harassment getting it repaired every time. I asked them to exchange the bangle after it happened 4 times but they denied. It was a disappointment that they didn't valued their 8 years old customer. They make designs to sell their product but not durable enough. I got the bangle exchanged at tanshiq bearing loss of 15000/-. Guys don't go there bcz reliance jewel is not reliable enough better opt for Tanisha or png. Here is bangle design for ur reference this whole bangle gets open up with in a month of wearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good experience with reliance jewels. I purchased gold tops when the gold price was 46k. Few days back I approached them for a necklace on whatsapp. I told him my budget is around 20gm. After knowing that the person on WhatsApp thought the customer is fool and than he didn’t reply. Than I approached PNG Gadgil and got a beautiful design of 41.06gm picture attached below. I will ask reliance jewel to value your customer.
