Very managed.. Good numbers of staff is available there. Everyone is cooperative and polite.
They have wide varities of jewellery in gold as well as in diamond. Prices, I am not sure if reasonable, but assured by the staff.
They also provides complementary lost and theft insurance, if you buy jewellery over 1.25 lacs. A good initiative by Reliance. A machine is also available to check gold purity.
I highly recommend if you want to buy pure, hallmarked and designer jewellery, must visit once and have a look.

However the prices may vary from other rival companies who deal in same business due to their own scheme and business standard.
