Best way to locate is ask someone near the CTS office.
Interacted with their service manager and not impressed with the speed they will take for replacing battery.
Jiofi battery sucks. It bulge very soon and new one costs around INR 500( as per the manager). 500 seems to be costly for INR 900 devuce. Perhaps their low cost is at the compromise of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here JIO SIM related tasks(New SIM, Porting - MNP) dose NOT happen. It's for devices.... Not for SIM.
For SIM purposes, you can visit Reliance Digital. Near to D-Mart.
Note: Giving low star, coz it's hard to find. N way too much abandoned. And the provided mobile number for the store says it's Invalid.
Didn't know about the service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services. I visited 5 times at Reliance Jio Store (2 times at Landewadi and 3 times at Hinjewadi). I have never seen so many customers complaining about any phone whether it's a Smartphone or not at any other service centre of another brands. Even till date I haven't received any kind of replacement yet, just I get a workaround each time I visit. That workaroud works for couple of hours and takes your device out of warranty. Though you are ready to pay for replacements, it will take months or never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the job was done in a reasonable time, but reaching here was a Herculean task. In the absence of any signage(not a single one), you end up losing time and doing a mini parikrama of Hinjwadi.

I was asked to pay in cash and no credit card / debit card payment or any digital wallet for payment is accepted here.. If someone at Jio Customer Care is reading this review. This is a message to them to improve their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one can identify the location there is no sign board to identify the service center. Also given mobile number in google wasn’t recharged to accept call. Just to identify this building one clue there are lot of generators kept front of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I disconnected my jio connection as I was moving to another location. So jio service is like they will pick up a router after 5-6 days when you disconnect the connection. But till 10 days no one has arrived to collect the router. Then after 20 days I got a call from one of thier engeneering that they have came to my earlier location to pick up the router but since till that have have moved to another location so he asked to collect the router at jio office which is in Hinjewadi phase 1.
I went to office and their staff told me that they can't recieve the router as it was supposed to be picked up by engineer only. So I told they my situation of moving to another place and request them to talk with senior person. Staff member call a senior person and asked me to wait. I was waiting there till 2 hours but the senior person did not came. This is how they managed there customer. This is the worst service I have ever faced. Very disappointed
