★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed in very dirty area . AND THEY DOESN'T KNOW THAT HOW TO GREET OR RESPONSE OR TALK WITH THERE CUSTOMERS ! AND MY RESQUEST IS THAT ANY BODY SHOULD TAUGHT THEM MANNERS THAT HOW TO TALK OR RESPONSE TO THERE CUSTOMERS . ILL MANNERED PERSONS . THANKS . It's my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience...they took connection charges but didn't provided jio fiber connection..And it has been 21 days since they took connection charges. Person is not picking up call neither he is doing for jio fiber installation. Better to opt other fiber options

To buy a single battery had to wait 1hour..pathetic...

But the area where jio office is located is very much polluted, dirty with slum area.

And the service centre head is least interested to deal with customer in any respect. In case one feels to complain can email on nodal officers email
