★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technician behaves in an ill-mannered way.......i asked that what is the problem in my jio phone.......he very rudely answered that earphone doesn't work in jiophone.......after i asked that if he could not help me.....he replied no staight forward........i later called on jio customer service, he said that earphones very well work in jiophone........then i called the centre manager and he helped me out, but at first he was also very reluctant to help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guard is very rude. He should be fired. He disrespected customers. Pen is not available for customers to fill form. Sitting area is less compared to the crowd. They don't accept card or paytm. Loose cash avaialablity is also low. So there is a problem in deducting cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not providing good service and public interaction with customers is very intolerable, they just render casual look to your problem with a little cooperation. They blatantly accept that customers full satisfaction is not their's job. It's customer compulsions to visit there as next service stations is faraway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center I have ever visited , I mean you ll have to wait for more than atleast 2 hour for a simple work to be done , you can see people are sleeping on the table , one thing is good you will see a good quote by dhiru Bhai ambani , but quote doesn't define this place those carelessness and idleness of these people will make you to have a sad laugh on this place , I ll personally recommend everyone to please don't buy lyf phones
