★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service center, among all the other competitors. And its not the first time, the are very consistent at disappointing you and wasting your time. How long can you take to just fill a form for a new sim? An hour and 15 mins is still not enough. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locating the store is a big task... Location address is accurate but on google map you will wander all around bt can't get it... There is no sign board outside...
It's on the first floor above ICICI bank.. way to stairs is beside HDFC ATM...
Staffs are helpful and services are better depending on your phone's issue or other products..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by sunny Khanna who straight forwardly refused to accept his mistake. Pathetic and third class company due to such employees. This looser deserves to be fired off as soon as possible . Highly negative rating . Had to call police for solving my issue .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Help less staff?? for jio fiber user who belongs to tri Nagar if your jio fiber is not working and you are visit there for your concern they will told you we are helpless to resolve your complaint and we are not able to resolve it because local cable and internet provider are broking their wires so they are not able to tackle with them ...... And I'm facing it from last five days they still told me we are not able to do it...... Such a helpless not professional and not responsible person is there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted them many times and each time they told that we will provide you with a new Jio fibre connection. . They fooled us by saying that some box us full we have requested for a new one and will surely get it within 2 days. All their phones are either switched off or not working . Customer care also doesn't help. Very irresponsive
