★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited for replacement of battery for Jio Wifi, Usually reliance jio devices are substandard. When I visited the store, Situation had occurred in the service center (Not with my device). A person who had brought Jio Phone came up with complaint and trying to convince the Jio store manager for refund. Jio manager was refusing for refund, pointing out terms and condition which is available on website. Jio phones are sold to common man, how Jio manager can expect common man to read term and conditions on a website? Even I have a Jio phone which I brought for my mother. Keypad of the phone stopped working within a year and she started complaining. I realise that, I made a mistake of buying Jio phone and stopped recharging the phone. Simply brought basic Nokia device with BSNL sim card. I haven't faced even a single problem till now. Guy, if you find a difficulty in Jio phone, Pls don't go for exchange or refund, it will never happen. Just port your number to some other and buy Nokia basic handset.
