★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one Itel Mobile in the 25th of February 2022 from this store. Suddenly around 13Mar touch skin was not working. So visit there shop from Anandapur Kolkata to Domjur Howrah on 16th Mar. They told max to max 7 days time can be taken. After 7 days I visited again. Then they told due to Holi and week off some delay happened, they tried to sort out within 3 days and will send my address via courier. After 7 days I again visit there but they told not done the service yet. That time I also bought another Readmi phone. Again I visited them after 7 days then another one told they supposed brought the phine from service senter next day and will update me. Afterthat till today no update came from their end. So what's the use of buying a phone from such long distance and also I can't able to use the new phone.
