★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for getting a new sim since Reliance comm was closed. There were some rude guys sitting there as if they were the Lord's of Reliace Jio! Despite giving my AADHAAR and Pan card details the guys were rude in dismissing me as if I am not in existence! Luckily one guy who was very cooperative got my things done and I have Jio connection now. Mr. Mukesh Ambani should throw out such guys who are rude and hope he knows how to do business with competition getting tough with Airtel! Courtesy is the first thing the staff should learn and not arrogance if the business is to survive!! Mr Mukesh should post this guy who acceptd my identification as the best guy to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience, there was no system in place. I went there for the purpose of simply paying the bill, as I wasn't able to pay the bill via jio app/online. They made me sit in a meeting room. The servicing person spoke to me after 15-20 min waiting, then referred me to someone else, who made me wait for another 20 min. Eventually they could not figure out how to pay the bill, and had to send a representative to my home to help me. My entire trip was a waste of time.
PS. This one particular representative was extremely rude, I can't believe they hired him.
