Placed orders twice .. both got cancelled after 2 days .. called customer care .. they suggested to place the order again .. but still the same ... ORDER CANCELLED..
they are least bothered to help u ... All they say is place the order again .. still have the screen shot and recording.. DONT TRUST THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JioMart service is worst among all. They are doing fraud. no business ethics in case if have to refund money if the product missing. There believe there is onbody above them. Pls don't purchase anything from JioMart online. Their customer service is like hell. totally illicit company.

They didn't do the proper tag removal and after all the billing and packaging when we were supposed to go out all the securities and others came and were so rude like we haven't paid our bill and were trying to fool them.
First of all don't have a packing system and don't know how to behave with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered vegetables and got them along with worms! Such non sensical service they are giving! This is so disgusting! Not one vegetable was if good quality! All were either rotten or filled with worms! Don't waste your money rather you can order in big basket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Spoiling name of "Reliance" brand. If u r going for cheap prices then avoid as u will easily get these prices or better prices at Dmart or Metro cash n carry.
Bought clothes, due to size issues visited store. Unfortunately I had lost the bill so requested at counter to provide the duplicate bill first they tried ignoring and then they asked details like date and time of purchase and the amount. When I gave all correctly the guy found bill but denied to give stating they don't have policy and rejected to give exchange. So be double careful they will try all the way out to avoid you giving the services. Specially when u buy a product which has warranty then better visit some other store atleast they will give u service assistance of any.
