★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance Mobile Store near Shyampukur thana..or Near Shyamsquare park or..near steering hospital ..once a good store in shyambazar now it was closed permanently from there. And shifted nearby wen JIO Start ..and then stop using jio and convert into vodafone mini store along with oppo vivo...staffs r good but sometime due to hectic or tense moments few staff ignore. Customer...although good ..not so bad service.. njoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center for Jio.Went there twice ,worst experience ever.
Instance 1.Recharge not sucessful but money deducted . They didn't even care customers and didn't lodge a complain to the Jio authorities and were impolite in there behavior, they were showing much attitude .
2nd instance . They refuse to recharge my Jio number and told that they don't to recharges. Worst experience ever .lastly resolved the problem from Jio store salt lake .
Never ever visit it again

One of the 3rd class & horrible services that a store can deliver.
Behavior & service problems especially they do not know how to deal with a customer.
It seems Store Manager is the owner of Reliance mobile carrier ??.
Several times I complained abt this store but Reliance love to destroy their reputation.
This is the only reason people stopped the step in this store.
