It provide material to reliance store near bye gurgaon and ncr. It is reliance own warr house in SEZ Projects.

Very large capacity warehouse with high level security . parking for both two wheeler and four wheeler is available here and it's free . Canteen facility also available here . This place is on Gurgaon jhajjar road so public transportation is also available here from both Gurgaon and jhajjar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubt warehouse is very big may be off world class facilities, but there is needs to improve the time bound delivery, that is more important,. There in no team work between warehouse and digital store /e-commerce for checking present status as e-commerce representatives don't know the status of products being delivered.
Customer when placing orders all items show delivery date as next day that's good, but items not delivered in time. Also no update from Reliance digital that when order will be delivered, all courier services sending msg to the customer that your items are shipped than out for delivery with OTP numbers. So individual is aware about the status. I didn't received any messages, and received missed call at 1900 hrs and when I called back, I was told we will deliver your product tomorrow. When raised complaints and asked, even though customer service representatives were unable to track my order, and told me to wait for 72 hrs your complained will be resolved. There is need of improvement in delivery tracking system & so customer can monitor delivery status and massage should be sent to customers for updates.
