★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no 0 star ratiing, these guys don't deserve even single star.
Employees very arrogant, resisted to let us use toilet saying "work is going on".
At least 6-8 people working there surely not going to toilet in open but they didn't let me use. So I called up Area Manager Hitesh Bohara who modestly apologies for inconvenience. But the way employees throwing customers out to the HP petrol pump across the street was very bad. Mr Bohara told me that let me call manager on the pump. In few minutes some hooligans came to HP petrol pump asking me if I complained to Mr Bohara. And then thretaned me with lots of bad words (literally gali galoch).
Not sure if Mr Bohara who talked modestly on phone sent hooligans or something else.
Worst is hooligans also said - "now I won't let you fill (petrol/diesel) as well. Complain to Mukesh Ambani I will see what happens".
