β β β β β The petrol pump staff works without masks. On being pointed out, they feel offended as if it's the customer's fault. They are rude & discourteous. Covid protocols have been thrown out of the window here. The air filling machine doesn't work. The owner has left the place to be run by ill-mannered employees who couldn't care less. A poor franchise of a reknowned brand bringing it disrepute.

No loyalty scheme on petrol, but available on diesel. So if you have diesel car or commercial car, get that card for some loyalty benefits.
