★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not cooperative. Behaves like a government office staffs. Everytime i visited nobody was there to check airpressure as well. For card payment u have to keep ur bike and go to the office for payment. Very poor service. Reliance should look into this seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is Reliance Petrol Pump, J.L No: 17, Dag No: 1313 & 1310, Mouza:, Kalyani Expy, Bidyadharpur, West Bengal 743127 asking bike riders to get down and stand prior to filling of petrol? I wss asked to do so, unable to understand the reason behind the same. Is there are motor vehicle rule pertaing to the same? Reliance should look into this as i have filled petrol in other reliance outlets but they have not asked me to do so nor do other brand petrol pumps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make you off from your bike at the time of filling gas/petrol, each and every time it is not easy to off from bike to fill gas but they make you do that without any reason only showing company norms. This is disgusting otherwise good.
