★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really unfortunate that reliance trends are not living up to their commitment. I booked Note9 at reliance trends Ansal Plaza on 20th Aug of Ocean Blue colour. This was assured by representative at Reliance trend- Deepak about delivery in same colour on 23rd Aug but till date I have to recieved the same!
While I contacted the store twice, they tried to alter my choice by say" buy black or copper" and pushing me for same. How a service provider can push customer like that? Now , there is no response from.team and when I visit yesterday then got very disheartening reply from person that " bahar Kisi shop se le le, milta hai to"
Did I prefer reliance trends for advance booking over rest of the option to get this reply!!! Truly unprofessional and disrespectful for customer!!!
