★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not proper service . Staffs are roaming here and there but not coming on counter as they see long queue . Sometimes markdown has been done early sometime they say it will be done after 12 so what's the exact time to go and take we don't know . Bad experience !!

Reliance Store is located at Virar West Here all the products are sold less than MRP rate and buy one get one offer is also available here.
Here cleanliness is taken care of very well and temperature is also checked and sanitiser is also given.
From station approx 8 mins walk from it. And it is available next to Flyware in Virar West. Reliance Store is present in Anant space.
I think if you want to increase customer in Reliance store then you have to sell a short durable products at low margins and good quality. For example vegetable.

But overall if we gonna compare with D'Mart, we won't get that type of items here at Reliance SMart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance smart is located near railwsy station . The store has a large variety including clothing section. The quality of clothes is average. The store offers discounts and regularly update the stocks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting time for billing is less during noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this reliance supermarket is that it is very close to virar railway station. Cleanliness is taking care of very well. All the staff is very co-operative. It is next to virar east-west flyover. They have various offers on most of the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to visit this place every week or so. This supermarket is very spacious and you will find at least 7% off on MRP on all the products. In particular, I like their fresh produce/ veggies section. The special about this and every other superstore is that you get a freedom to choose whatever you like without worrying about the store owner interference.
Even after giving your loyalty to your local kirana/grocery shop for years, you do not get anything from them. Forget about the discounts, they would not even smile at you or know your name. So, instead of getting that kind of treatment even after paying the full price, I prefer visiting Smart, Big Bazaar, etc. At least, I get good bang for the price and variety of things under one roof.
I can also get additional discounts, if I use my credit card, wallets, etc. While at local grocery store, they still want hard cash or black money. Even when they take paytm, etc, the money goes directly to their bank via UPI etc. You do not get personally benefitted. Do your math.
Also, you will find the vegetables and fruits almost always fresh. In local grocery stores, you buy sugar, rice, lentils, etc loose and you are actually not aware about how old or stale it is. At least, in superstore like these, there is an expiry date on it. If something goes wrong or you do not like the thing, you can also return it and get your money back. You cannot do the same thing with the local vendors without offending them or raising your voice.
At the same time, you walk away without buying a thing and nobody would raise their eyebrows but at the local stores, they would look at you as if you have wasted their time and may ask you not to visit their store again. Hence, I prefer these superstores as it gives me convenience, ease and good worth of my money.
