Also, catchy offers are there but with nonsense conditions.
e.g. get 1kg sugar only for ₹9* (condition- offer applicable on shopping of ₹1499 and above) ???

Bad: Discount deals are not updated on shelves, old and expired items are not removed, jio mart app customers get more privileges than visiting customers.

No communication sense
Very illiterate employees and don't know how to manage their. Very slow billing service. We have to wait for at least half an hour just for feeling sometimes they say their services are slow. Please Reliance and jio improve your services you are very big company so I would services so that you can attract the customers.
