★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reliance smart is the only shopping mall in town which sells grocery, confectionery, garments, traveling bags, dairy products, vegetables , fruits, ice creams, beverages, plastic home supplies, bathing Essentials, shaving products , chocolates and much more,
Sometimes things r not placed right.
Sometimes products are priced differently then displayed in tags.
Some counters do not work all the time resulting in long queues at check out.

i've been there a few times, billing services are great, products are up to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer experience, billing executives have tea break at the counter while keeping customer waiting. The manager even justified this practice saying they are having rush,instead of trying to arrange for breaks for staff.
Secondly they tell customer to unload baskets at counter than load up again after billing,to take to gate where the security person will check and thn u ll put all the stuff in bags practically at the raod. I would always prefer any kirana store over this practice.
Lastly manager justified all this even went ahead with absurd justifications. A brand should try to have same practice for all even if the store is at 2nd or third tier city,instead of blaming people of small city.
