Staff are very rude and not friendly, if you ask for something they will tell you go and find yourself only. It's one of richest person in Asia's brand and not upto customer satisfaction.

Coming to Electronics section Headphones to Ear buds All Major Brand Smart TV will Available and Refrigerator and AC and Laptops and Microwoven.and Finally sound Bars also available. Coming Garment section you fully Disappointed it have unbranded low Quality dress for Kids to Men. Strongly not recommended for Garments at here not at Banugudi Trends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance is meant for Trust and Customer centric company. So sad to have such a worst management who doesn’t support a customer while having bulk billing. Very shabby and Kanjoos to switch ON lift. Considering the limited space in This particular outlet, how can they expect customer to push 2 trolleys worth of Grocery and Other items alone to outside building on Road? That too no one came forward to help a customer. Requested management to switch on lift to take the Groceries to parking lot, still they don’t care.
Such a pathetic management they have in this outlet.
Waste of time and value with this pathetic shopping experience. Not worth it if they don’t care about customers.
Because of such a poor management team, spoiling the name of Indian best Brand RELIANCE.

They close at 10PM but they stop closing the cash registers at 9:30, be sure to be there at the till by 9:20ish

In digital space it has all varities of electronics from laptops to 4k oled and uhd tvs and washing machines, fridges whatnot almost everything is available here.
