★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is well staffed with team members who are professional and courteous. Team members are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Best part is their entire team is fully vaccinated.
The shelves are always stacked with a range of varieties in terms of price and wright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll try and rate it with comparison to D-mart as they are the benchmark. The variety of items here is more, but they are arranged in a wayward manner. It's difficult to find stuff if you are a first timer here. Also the prices are not too great as compared to D-mart. The billing is the worst; you have to wait at least 30-45 mins till your turn comes even during non-peak hours and that's really frustrating.
The only advantage over the D-mart is that they sell fruits and vegetables, so can go for that. For the rest, you can give it a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing is, it's a good place for regular shopping such as groceries, packed food items, dairy products...etc. Pricing is average compared to D-Mart. The bad thing is, their parking and the way they manage their outer space. I do recommend this place only if D-Mart is far away from your reach :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is very good and here you can find all kinds of household items. During my visit I noticed that there was a change in the price of the printed brochures and the items on display. Which isn't really fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor displays, service is relatively bad billing counters are very slow . I went at 5pm, which is not typical rush period, yet experienced lag in billing. Although the place is big still I believe Sec 21 Reliance Fresh has more shopping options. The vegetables kept for sale were mostly either stale or almost perishable. Fruit section has a good collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices of most products are low. But l am writing this review for "Good Life" products. I have bought CASHEW 500gram. MRP 499RS. Even though double packaging was there the cashews were fulls of BUGS.
