β β β β β No one there to keep your belongings in safe lock for temporary period for entering the complex to purchase from Mall..one has to keep his/her bag at their own risk. so if someone need to visit either take your friend/known person to safely keep your article bag or etc outside or take your vehicle for safe keeping or else visit without caring any bag/personal belongings..It is customary to have reception point for temporary keeping customer/visitors belonging safely so that one can visit and purchase securely.

β β β β β Good place.. But the billing experience is horrible. There is no systematic billing flow.. there is no quick buy counter (for few items), People enters from the same passage alongside the billing counter where they exits.
YOU MUST STREAMLINE THE BILLING PROCESS FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMERS.
