★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experiance with the store, staff is completely uneducated, and unprofessional, wasted my 45 minutes to generate bill and still it was not resolved, they had refused to deliver goods after payment because bill was not printed on there system due to system error. Also deducted my reliance smart points too.
Never go to such fraud place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly visit here but I observed that people without masks are also entering here.I even had a word with one of the staff there,it seems they are not stopping people without mask and had a very casual approach.
Its my sincere request to please stop people from entering who are not wearing mask.Its for the safety of everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience of service quality is below par and attitude of manager is worse. I took alphonso mangoes from the store which was all rotten. Next time they advised me to get it back and they will return. Second time they were selling at lesser than market price so I took the chance and bought few again. This time as well it was completely rotten from inside. So, I took them back and requested the manager to replace/ refund them. Their attitude was like I have done some silly thing by bringing it. Even a road side vendor will take the ownership of bad quality fruits but this manager was so un empathetic that he started talking about rules as in receipt and all and there was not a single word of apology for the inconvenience a customer gets because of all this. It was bought just few hours back and they knew this. Packet also contained the price tag on it. Anywayz, I requested them to check their records for the bill as I am a frequent customer. Such immoral attitude, that they didnt even check and throw the product in front of me. Hope they develop basic sense of dealing with customers. Such a big brand and such people at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place to pick up most of your daily essentials, decent quality, average prices. Also includes a amall pharmacy from Netmeds in the precinct. Sometimes basic staples are not available. Beware Happay / Sodexho or similar cards are declined.
