★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departmental and Grocery at Radhashree area. Doesn't have everything yet you can find almost all you're looking for in daily needs. Staff need alot of trainings on customer services. Service is where you fail to welcome people and doesn't give the feeling to come back again. The counters are always unmanned and only one is open at a time. Not very big store and the congested road is a headache if you're coming on a vehicle.

* Stale / Expired products on the shelves.
* Tags of Expired/back dated Offer, to cheat customers.
* Arraogant and unprofessional staff.
* Insects/pests freely moving around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is comparatively low than other supermarkets but the things that made me to give it 2 stars is they don't follow the hygiene. This place is filled with the cockroaches,rotten vegetables and they don't even bother to clean that up. There are probably 4-5 cash counters but every time you shop you'll end up waiting in line because they operate from 2-3 counters and then also you have to look for cash counter or card counter.
