★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 15th august, i went to this store in the pharmacy section. Made my payment through UPI, but due to their system my money was credited in their account but was not reflected in their system. Here is my bank statement clearly showing credited account is of reliance. Now coming to their redressal mechanism, i haven't received my dues yet after a month. I visited there every week but now it's been a month. I haven't got my refund.
Today on 19th September, one of the pharmacy staff "kavita parthe" came rude on me and she forgot there's an issue and told we didn't receive any receipt so can't do anything.
Please don't don't visit such worst grocery store where there is no accountability nor responsibility.
I conclude, it's the worst grocery store in Ulwe and their staff are not decent and responsive and incapable to redress issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its good for quick grocery shopping but if you need to do a whole monthly grocery then this is not the right one. In Ulwe we don't have one yet. Hopefully soon in the future.
