★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed. The worst part is the billing, which takes ages. They don't even have the QR code for upi payments and you have to give your mobile number and wait for payment request which never arrives. Staff is poorly trained and doesn't know how to handle issues with the system.

It was ok when the store opend on 15th July but their standards have gone down the slope and today it has reached a new low with the staff not even accepting the so called discount coupons which was distributed door to door as a marketing technique by them. I will prefer to shop at Spencers any day over this store of Reliance as this store of Reliance has no respect for their customers.l

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular reliance smart point has too many opportunities to improve. Billing is very slow, most of the times offers at shelf do not match with billing codes, unavailability of many items, you hardly find staff at Grocery point, most veggies are stale even before evening and no refilling. Means, it needs a huge improvement in terms of customer experience.
