★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would get all your home groceries. Accepts all kind of payment. You may get long queue on billing counter. They should have some seperate express counter for customers having less than 10 items.

This review is based on my today's visit.
First let's talk about what's good
1)The store is big compared to other reliance fresh stores.
2)It has all the stuff available like grocerirs, dairy, fruits and vegetables, comsetics etc
3) I liked the stock which was available unlike d Mart where you get the basics stuff, here they have stocked premium stuff also.
4) Its actually located in a good spot, McDonald's is right next to it.
Now areas for improvement / What's not good:
1) Billing, it's a total chaos, we waited like 40 minutes and there were just 2 guys before us. 20 min per bill is way too much time. Some of the counters were not working, login issue and what not.
2) Staff there don't seem to take ownership, explain customer, or do what they are supposed to do. Let me explain how. At the veggie section they don't have plastics bag(good thing) but you need to use a net bag. This thing was all packed and staff standing next to it didn't care to open it so that other customers could start using it. After asking three times the guy took the pain to open it.
3)There are no support staff for the billing person. So what was happening is that everything was getting cluttered at one spot. I have attached pics.
4) Parking is a big problem as there are lots of reastaurents in the same building so it's hard to find. See attached pic. I don't think that there is any basement parking.
Conclusion
I will definitely recommend this as it's better than d mart, and local stores. You can get all the stuff at one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark down price items are not well organized. Billing staff ( mostly girls) is rude. They dont provide mark down items as mostly price tags are not updated and dont support to check real price. Mark down milk is directly given to some people - no transperency- customer biasness for the same. Their managers are good and well behaved. Some goods they dont refill regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t follow the planograms and the manager working down there doesn’t know how to speak with the customer. He doesn’t even know the plano being a manger.
The lady named MAYA who works on till doesn’t know how to respect the customer and talk to customer. She is very rude. And moreover even the Manager who talks in Hindi doesn’t know how to train the employees.
Very bad employees and disrespectful staff.
