โ โ โ โ โ The products are just okay and don't allow to try the products in store ,when everywhere post covid (patna, bgp- all stores allow for trial of clothes in shop , kindly look into the matter

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place for shopping good discount you get but some times it tricks people buy two get 3 in which they show discusounted price and people buy 2 to get 1 free but they tricked people and say they already reduced price by 33% and people think they get product at discounted price and get additional 1 packet free. Recently 1 visited this place with my friend and there ia written buy 1 get 1 free but there is trick they show this offer was given by them but this offer actually given by compony they put extra packet inside it and people think they get extra 1 packet . I suggest they need to stop tricking people because in mostly city they don't use this type of cheap tricks.

โ โ โ โ โ The collection of clothes and brands are good but they should utilise their staffs at billing counter so that the billing period may be less for the buyer. They have ample of staff but they have instructions to unnecessary assist the buyers even if they donโt need them I mean if someone is going to the mall at first theyโre capable of choosing their favourite products. If any assist needed then only their staffs may interfere but here the case is all opposite the moment u r entering there a staff will follow u and guide u from the very beginning which I think some sort of irritating.
I today bought 2 chinos and 1 shirt only but I was at billing counter for like 25-30 minutes which is wastage of my time. Inspite of having 6 billing counters at both floors only 1 was open on Ground floor.
I must say the service manager must look into this matter for the convenience of public.

โ โ โ โ โ Trends in godda for me is okaish. Collection of Indian clothes for women is good but for rest they do not have much in compared to Trends of another cities.
