1. No offers board display that's why customer don't get idea about it.
2. No Expert representative on billing unit or at selling point.
3. They didn't put QR code Intenitionly (they force customer to download phone pay as online payment option. It should have been changed.
4. They don't have superdry which is premium collection of Japanese as well as its a part of trends family.
5. Very few brands available DXMX and Team spirit are best t shirt brand of trends but very few available here till now.
6. I found that they don't know about the rewards in reliance trends.
Overall shopping is not so expensive for good products ranging from 399 to 1999(superdry excluded). Quality jeans and T-shirt available.
It could have been better.

They have displayed items to sell but are not able to bill them at billing counter. As a result you end up keeping aside your selected items and then again spending te to search new options.
Clothes are good and at reasonable rates
Services needs to improve.
