★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of Trends but today I had a very bad experience. There is one sikh guy who was there at the billing desk. He behaved very very rudely with my family. We were trying to understand the offers and he denied to tell us about any offers.
Then he sent us a payment link and cancelled the link wothout informing while we were making the paytment via UPI,hence ofcourse the money got debited from my account but the payment was not successful. When we asked him how and when we will get this money back he replied - "Never". He was talking very rudely for whatever reasons he had.
Thankfully another person named Vijay came and helped us.
With this kind of servicewould think twice about visiting the store next time. I am sure if it continues then the store will be closed down soon..
Please hire humble staff.
I would want to have a word with the owner if possible.
