I took a bridal package at this salon and got unsatisfactory treatment. The place is too pricey(39K for whole package) but the service provided was not upto expectation. As a part of bridal package I had the whole body treatment and makeup for 3 events. I took the eye makeup demo and fixed the package, payed the advance. Same day my mother and sister went for facial and the girls who provided them service constantly forced them to get the costlier facial. Next day I came in for the body treatment. I got the premium treatments for face but not for body waxing. I was again forced by crew(who serviced me) to get costlier body wax. They applied wax so hot that I got 3 burn marks on my hand. They were not removing my hairs properly and saying that if I have to remove all hair I have to get costliest waxing(lipo) and its also not that hot. After getting my first burn mark I told atleast 5-6 times that wax is hot but got another 2 burn marks after that. At last i switched to lipo wax(costliest) because as bride I dont want my whole body with burn marks. The area where they service you is not at all private. They will service(wax, massage, facial) 3-4 people in same room and will also allow other's relatives to come in which made me really uncomfortable. Girls/crew who service you are also unprofessional. They constantly gossiped about the previous customers on how shy they were or how much hair they had. Even after switching to costliest wax, I had hair all over my body. I talked to owner-Bharat Parekh and Daxa Parekh on burn marks and hair all over body and explanation I got was that many people with sensitive skin gets burn marks and we can do your waxing tomorrow for the remaining hair(the day I had mehandi). I have had done waxing for so many times in my 20s and never got burn mark by professional. I was so unsatisfied with the service that I cancelled the package for rest of makeup services but they charged me 2500 for the eye makeup demo which I took in beginning before confirming package. I would never recommend this place. Dont spoil important events of your life by going to this place.

This place is too amazing. I got my engagement makeup and hair done here . I got too many compliments and i felt exceptionally good. Thier service is also great with exceptional talent. I recommend this to everyone ? you guys must have a visit.
