Relief Diagnostic Centre - Mumbai

Very poor service.... They have spoiled the name of SRL. I was a loyal SRL customer for 5 years but this center and the lady responsible of this center Ms Shweta has spoiled the reputation of SRL and made them loose my entire family as there customer. The person who had come to do Blood test at home did not bring home collection kit only because the center owner Ms shweta who took money for all those tests in her personal GPay account did not inform the person about what tests to be done... So since he did bring the blood trst kit only so locally purchased locally the syringe (non sterilise) used gloves taken by us as the band in hand which is put during blood test. Moreover he also came to do a COVID swab test but did not get a pair of gloves with him, he asked us to provide gloves so that he could do the swab test and moreover same gloves were used to do blood test of others. There was highest level of carelessness amd SRL made sure that the covid spreads to others while testing only. Above all the report of COVID cane positive and when repeated with another lab same day it has come negative. The lady Shweta who was interacting with us was so rude on phone and took 48 hours to get the COVID report soft copy sent to us, the other lab could get me report in 17 hours from swab collection. She shouted on the patient as if she doing the test free of cost and is doing the favor on patient who got Rs 23000/- worth of tests done in one month without getting receipt of single rupee and transferring the money to Ms Shweta's Personal GPay account. There has been highest level of carelessness by Ms shweta and i had given the feedback yo SRL on their portal and one lady called me I explained her everything she told we will call you again in 24 hours, no call has come. I am writing an email to ICMR to make sure this Ghatkoper branch of SRL is removed from ICMR approved list for COVID test as they are risking the life of millions and had risked the life of my family.
