★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.Doctors are very good but the other people working over there are worst.They are stubborn and always against the rules.Never go for online booking here.They will tell you to wait for the last turn.Totally disappointed.The lady working at the chamber is the most annoying and stubborn lady.She doesn't understand anything and yells.Worst ever..

They also have a doctor's appointment facility. You can take appointment for a outdoor Doctor visit and check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good numbe of doctor's available who visit there. They have started giving discount on medicines.. most of the time the shop is crowded.. taking precautions to protect themselves from COVID but no social distancing in the public area outside the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once this place was the best medicine shop ever.
But with time the service have deteriorated. They are not at all customer friendly.
They are taking advance booking charge of 100/- per patient (on top of doctor's fee) which they would adjust with the medicine. In short they are forcing patients to purchase medicine from them.
Also they are increasing doctor visit like anything. Same doctor charge less in other polyclinic. eg for Dr Nilendu Sharma, they charged 100/- for booking appointment. At the time of appointment they said doctor visit is 600/-. During visit they said it is now 700/- (+100 appointment charge) total 800/- they took from me.
After one month, i visited same doctor in howrah polyclinic where he took only 400/- from me as doctor visit.
This clearly says this Bally Relief policlinic are cheating patients with their past good reputation. Pathetic.
