★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the doctor on phone and visited in Asha Multi Specialty clinic. First sitting he charged Rs 800. Service is ok but he talks too much. Self boasting about himself. Rather than listening to patient, he keeps praising himself. Also, the clinic didn't seem very clean, not comfortable for treatment as the bed was a narrow stretcher. He didn't even have towels or hot pack available. Now coming to the real problem. Very unprofessional attitude. For next sitting, he advised to come in morning 9:30 am. I left, however, when I reached next morning, the clinic wasn't even open yet. Waited outside clinic for 20 minutes. Once the receptionist opened it, I waited till 10:30am for Dr. Brijesh kapur. He nither answered the calls nor messages. I left the clinic after waiting for an hour. On top of it, he called back around 10:45 and when I said I came back after waiting for an hour. He just said that I had to call him and confirm before leaving the house and instead put the whole blame on me. He again called me and said he phone volume was low and that's why he missed my calls. Very poor attitude towards patients. Irresponsible behavior.
