★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OPD services need to be improved. Waiting time is too long. Doctors are also not available every week.. I consulted in ENT department for my father's ear problem. Tests were not available in the hospital.. when I went for 2nd consultation for showing the reports, doctor was not available. Due to this, you will have to pay consultation fee again.. It is better to move to some other hospital where all the facilities are available under one roof..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever. My father was recently admitted to this hospital after he was heavily injured near the location of this hospital. His collar bone, 2 ribs were broken and some cuts in hand and knee was there, he was not given any immediate first aid after getting admitted. The main treatment of breaking of collar bone and ribs are the two special belts to be worn 1-2months and the irony is after keeping my father for 5days he was not given anything and no first aid was provided.
Now explain me why i should not rate it 1 star and calling it the worst hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience with Renaissance Hospital is good. The ground staffs, reception desk, doctors, and specially Lopa Di and Sonali mam are very cooperative and helpful. As per their guidance, I am able to admit my mother within a day and find an easiness in management processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give a very big "Thank You" to the Renaissance Hospital authorities for providing an excellent and dedicated service during the birth of my daughter. The cabins, corridors and bed of the maternity ward were very clean and disinfected. The food served was also of good quality and very nutritiuos. The nurses, ward boys and other attendants were very well behaved and courteous. I would like to give my special thanks to the hospital's PRO Lopamudra madam for making the total experience smooth and flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a surgery at this 17yr old hospital. The staff has been extremely warm and taking care of every request of mine even for this small surgery. Paitient service is really appreciative. They need to work on infrastructure to make it one of the best private nursing homes

Administration is very active.
Staffs are very disciplined, maintenance is good & hygienic. Doctor & hospital staff are sympathetic to patients. Wish they will keep it up and will serve the needs of people in better shape. All the best wishes.
