I booked Triber RXZ AMT on 30th October. I was provided an ETA of 25th November .
Since then I have no information or communication from Renault team.
Now we have just 5 days left and I am pretty much sure that the ETA id going to be pushed ahead.

He was very thorough in his explanation, gave just the ride guidance while we test drove the car and prompt service overall. I am quite happy and highly recommend them. As a plus, I got more accessories when booking than what I was promised while inquiring, and thank them very much for the same.

I bought car in sep 2021 & asked for cloth covering to unveil car, they didn't arranged it and not even informed about it. Given reason at the last moment that cover sent for wash. They didn't even ask for water, tea anything. Customer experience in showroom needs to be improving

New customer manager Ms. Chhaya called and listen the concern. Also helped & resolved my pending queries. Good to see immediate action.
