★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old service centre at Rakhajungle, has just closed down. Service was pretty better there. Now wef Oct 19, it has shifted to Midnapore road near chowrangi. There is no Renault sign board nor any indication to locate or recognise the service centre, as of now, Tata motors, is the venue to reach, service is being provided by Renault in their complex (local collaboration). For repairs/servicing of your Renault vehicles reach Tata motors n don't expect Renault sign board on the road. It's hardly 100 metres away from chowrangi and market is much more nearer with better convenience facilities on main road than the old location.
As on Nov 20, the premises is taken over by "Alfa solutions" providing renault services. Renault "sales" is on the first floor and Tata service is no longer existing. It has shifted to Renault old sales location near Chowrangi towards Inda. Now Renault sales with service (with help of Alfa solutions) is in this location (Old Tata service center near Chowrangi towards Medinipur).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully equipped service centre.all staff behaving nicely. Waiting room also good ..you can watch tv happily when your car under work.tea or coffee also served by staff.
