I wanted to share my memorable purchase experience at Renault Wadi and feel proud to be part of the Renault family. My overall experience with Renault Wadi has been very satisfying and it reminds me of "wowing" the customer written in management books. First interaction: I called up Renault Wadi because it showed up first on Google Search results for contact details. The operator offered me a test drive at my residence after asking few basic questions. I have interacted with other company showrooms but they never offered me this facility. This left a very positive impression on me regarding the customer focus of Renault. Sales: Akshay called me soon after and scheduled his visit at a mutually agreed time. During my first interaction, I was very happy with his sales approach which was consultative and not pushy like other company car sales executives. This further improved my opinion of Renault Wadi. He explained to me the car features required for the test drive avoiding a standard sales pitch which is usually loaded with unnecessary information. Akshay has been very helpful throughout the process, understanding my requirements and recommending me the best solutions possible. He communicated effectively without giving the impression of desperation of closing the sales. Here I would like to say that, this is the behavior which needs to be emulated across all sales people because times have changed and nobody likes pushy sales behavior. Customer Service: During my interaction with various employees of Renault Wadi, I was very impressed with their communication and customer first approach. I felt that they genuinely wanted to provide assistance in the whole buying process. The appropriate amount of communication without following up too much was very satisfying.
